Well, it's been over a month since I have posted. No big surprise, I am a slacker. A lot has happened in this last month. Nick and I signed up for the gym (I don't remember if I had mentioned that), I'm still doing Zumba as often as possible, I have started school and I have been sick for 2 weeks yesterday.
Despite all of this, I have tried my best to stay on top of the work outs. I am frustrated with the scale though. With my last weight loss, before all my leg surgeries, I had lost 30lbs in about 6 weeks. This time I am only down about 15 in the same amount of time and I keep teasing the 300 mark. One day I will be 302, the next I'm 298, then 300, then 299, etc. It's pissing me off. LOL I know muscle weighs more than fat and blah blah blah, but I don't care! I wanna see results! I know I have lost inches, clothes are fitting better and I don't look like I'm 8 months pregnant, but I want the numbers! AHHHH
Oh well, they will come soon enough! Tomorrow I will receive my first 90 day challenge kit from Body by Vi and I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to get started! I've heard the first week is hard to get adjusted to, but realized I am already on a suppressant for breakfast and lunch, so if I ditch the suppressant and put the shakes in to replace it and I should be good! I will be juicing for my snacks and having dinner with the family (I can't miss the one meal we are all together!).
Last night we squeezed a trip to the gym in. Nick is in love with the elliptical and I have to do the recumbant bike for now with my foot hurting the way it does. We did a straight 45 mins and I biked 10 miles! Yay me! and yay to my honey, cause I don't think I could do the elliptical that long!
Tonight is (hopefully) a double class of Zumba, given my lungs hold out that long. I'm so tired of coughing!
